Clean room with all the comforts, possibility to order breakfast through the very functional site and a lot of choice of products.
Then there is the Spa, the gem of the Hotel, we were lucky enough to be alone and had a great time, it consists of a hydromassage auna Turkish bath emotional shower salt room and relaxation room and herbal teas all very nice and clean. The environment has been studied in detail.

  Posso solo valutare un inconveniente che si è verificato in fase di prenotazione, dove avevamo avuto garanzie che l'accesso alle stanze sarebbe stato agevole, in quanto mia moglie aveva subito... read more un intervento. la garanzia data dalla persona della reception, era stata la conferma di una stanza al primo piano, senza ascensore ma con una scala comoda. In realtà, arrivati in loco, ci si è presentata una scala ripida per accedere alla reception, oltre a quella per accedere alla stanza, che rendeva per noi il fermarsi. Fino a qui il primo problema, che comunque ci vedeva senza albergo, ma la cosa che trovo commercialmente inaccettabile che non è stata rimborsato l'acconto e che siamo ancora in attesa di una soluzione promessa dalla titolare, contattata telefonicamente.
Questa è la motivazione per una mia valutazione negativa, in quanto la nostra richiesta era stata ben evidenziata in fase di prenotazione telefonica e, conseguentemente, imputo alla struttura la situazione accaduta.

Room quite spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable and suitable for peaceful sleep.

Dicono essere fino ad 8 ospiti ma in 4 si sta già stretti. Per un servizio così l’accesso dovrebbe essere gratuito o con costo notevolmente inferiore per gli ospiti dell’hotel

  Vezzano è un paese deserto, in cui pare che non viva quasi nessuno perché nessuno è in giro. Nonostante questo è incredibilmente difficile trovare un parcheggio: dove saranno tutti?

Pulito e con una buona colazione, io ho richiesto una colazione vegana e sono stata immediatamente soddisfatta.
Mi sono dedicata anche il percorso spa. Grazioso e accogliente.
Unica pecca che non fanno cena e sei costretto a cercare nei dintorni non comodissimi ma ho ovviato con un Just eat.
E il troppo profumo nelle camere probabilmente spruzzati nei tessuti non so, io sono allergica e mi è venuto subito mal di testa ma problema mio.
