Colazione gestita alla buona, con prodotti confezionati a parte le torte (buone): ma se arrivi tardi, rimane pocomi sono sentita dire: mi dispiace ma stamattina hanno fatto tutti colazione presto.non sapevo che fosse una gara a chi arrivava prima!mah.

  Premettendo che noi siamo abituati bene e ci piace trattarci bene pensavamo vista la location di essere nella nostra media. Infatti alla sera del primo giorno le nostre critiche (durante... read more il nostro confronto di coppia) sarebbero state propedeutiche per il raggiungimento di un 3 stelle superior se non addirittura 4. Nel proseguo del nostro soggiorno però ci siamo resi conto che la terza stella al netto di tutte le cose buone che ci sono è il suo massimo. Detto questo abbiamo riscontrato che la location è molto affascinante e caratteristica in quanto una volta era un monastero ed è vicina ad un buon ristorante quando è aperto. Nella stanza il letto è comodo e i prodotti offerti nel bagno ( crema corpo, saponette e con molta sorpresa anche il detergente intimo) sono di qualità in quanto Nickel Tested. Un altro valore aggiunto è la bravura della massaggiatrice. Infine merita un'encomio anche la ragazza della Reception di nome Sabrina la quale si è mostrata gentile ( nel spiegarci e consigliarci come visitare al meglio Vezzano Ligure) e disponibile a stamparci i biglietti dello spettacolo di Ale & Franz a Teatro. Qui finiscono le cose positive.
Appena entrati in stanza abbiamo notato il copriletto macchiato, non ci vogliamo soffermare o dilungare oltre su questo fatto perchè se lo facessimo tre stelle sarebbe anche troppo, consideriamolo quindi "semplicemente" una grave svista (infatti la seconda notte ce l'hanno cambiato senza dir loro nulla). Inoltre il letto era rifatto si...ma in un modo molto singolare (tutto rincalzato fino sopra al cuscino e quando siamo andati a letto per tirare giù il lenziuolo e il copriletto si è scalzato anche il coprimaterasso). Accendendo le luci abbiamo notato una lampadina bruciata con il coprilampada storto e non è un dettaglio da poco perchè se fosse stata funzionante l'illuminazione sarebbe stata appena sufficiente perchè le luci delle lampade erano poco potenti. La stanza è munita di un frigo.... che tutto faceva tranne che tenere fresche le bevande. La porta poi bisognava stare attenti a chiuderla bene perchè a volte sembrava chiusa ma poi si riapriva da sola.
In bagno era assente il tappo del Bidet e fra la doccia e il water il pavimento era macchiato. La SPA è molto carina e l'avremmo messa nelle cose positive se solo la cascata che era presente non fosse stata guasta (mancava anche il cartello che lo specificasse...forse non lo sanno neanche i gestori). Dulcis in fundo....premettiamo che la SPA da regolamento è usufruibile per 90 minuti. Noi avevamo prenotato un massaggio di coppia (da listino) un'ora e mezzo prima di entrare in SPA, ma ci hanno detto che a causa di carenza di personale il massaggio sarebbe stato singolo (allora levalo dal listino). Malgrado la delusione accettiamo sperando magari di guadagnarci un pò di tempo in più nella SPA. Come detto entriamo in SPA e dopo soli 60 minuti la massaggiatrice viene a chiamare uno di noi. Dopo circa 40 minuti scende giù l'altra ragazza della Reception a specificare che la SPA era per 90 minuti. Non aggiungo altro.
CONCLUSIONE
Consigliamo il posto a chi non ha tante pretese. Per chi è come noi al massimo potrei dire loro di fermarsi solo una notte se si vogliono levare lo sfizio e l'esperienza di trascorrere la notte in un ex monastero. Speriamo che la nostra recensione venga letta anche dai proprietari e che possa servire per migliorarsi, in fondo basta poco.

The SPA A DREAM ..... whirlpool, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, salt room, relaxation room and herbal teas! Nice and clean. Then I have to thank Maria Pia for the massages ... The Lady, very welcoming, gave me the possibility to choose the room I wanted between two that she presented to me, truly amazing. No noise. Super abundant breakfast, super recommended.
Gem of the hotel: the wellness center located on the lower floor. Sauna, small heated swimming pool with hydromassage, Turkish bath and emotional shower. Just wonderful.

  Posso solo valutare un inconveniente che si è verificato in fase di prenotazione, dove avevamo avuto garanzie che l'accesso alle stanze sarebbe stato agevole, in quanto mia moglie aveva subito... read more un intervento. la garanzia data dalla persona della reception, era stata la conferma di una stanza al primo piano, senza ascensore ma con una scala comoda. In realtà, arrivati in loco, ci si è presentata una scala ripida per accedere alla reception, oltre a quella per accedere alla stanza, che rendeva per noi il fermarsi. Fino a qui il primo problema, che comunque ci vedeva senza albergo, ma la cosa che trovo commercialmente inaccettabile che non è stata rimborsato l'acconto e che siamo ancora in attesa di una soluzione promessa dalla titolare, contattata telefonicamente.
Questa è la motivazione per una mia valutazione negativa, in quanto la nostra richiesta era stata ben evidenziata in fase di prenotazione telefonica e, conseguentemente, imputo alla struttura la situazione accaduta.
